From once a week to four times a week
The UK's National Lottery started as a Saturday night, once a week draw. It spread to twice a week with a Wednesday draw and then added a Euro lottery on a Friday. Tonight the Euro Lottery goes bi-weekly. Add to that Thunderball, daily draws and heaven knows what else and playing the lottery could be a very, very expensive occupation.
