Another Boris appointment

Former BBC political correspondent Guto Harri is rumoured set to become Boris Johnson's Director of Communications. He left the BBC a few months back so is the first recent example of a BBCoid movong to the Conservative party rather than the Labour party? The BBC itself will stay resolutely pro-Labour though.
