Boris - another good appointment

Mr William J. Bratton, who is currently Chief of Police in Los Angeles and was formerly responsible (as the Commissioner of the NYPD under Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani) for doing much to clean up crime in New York, has been appointed an advisor to Boros Johnson on clearing up crime in London.
