It's "Bottler Brown" again

Gordon Brown signed the EU Treaty separately from the other EU leaders as he tried to both distance himself from the ceremony and yet still be involved. Then he received the Olympic torch in Downing Street but didn't touch it. Now it is reported that Gordon Brown has decided to meet the Dalai Lama but not in Downing Street, instead it will be at Lambeth Palace.

Gordon Brown seems to be a man unable to make a decision and stick to it, he is so obsessed with his image that he is constantly fiddling around trying to please as many opinions as he can - of course he ends up pleasing nobody, but he doesn't seemed to have worked this out yet. Maybe Alastair Campbell (or Tony Blair - there is some dispute as to who actually said this) was right when they said Gordon Brown was "psychologically flawed".
