It's all Roy Bishko's fault

Alex Masterley seems to think that the "entire banking crisis, at least the London end of it" can be blamed on Tie rack. It's an entertaining explanation that has much truth to it. But maybe a bit harsh to blame my old friend Roy Bishko for all of the banking crisis.
