No John Barrowman, no!

I switched on the television tonight and there was some celebrity reality show Around The World In 80 Days on with John Barrowman and Myleene Klass in a car. Not really noteworthy or interesting except at that moment John Barrowman proudly told Mylene Klass that TARDIS stood for "Time And Relative Dimensions In Space"

No, no, no: TARDIS stands for "Time And Relative Dimension In Space"

Do these celebrities learn nothing?!

For no real reason here's a picture of The TARDIS and also of Myleene Klass...

Oh OK and one of John Barrowman, although he really doesn't deserve it for that mistake...

Actually, it's like UNIT. Have you noticed how at first it was United Nations Intelligence Taskforce, and then Unified Intelligence Taskforce? Well the TARDIS is like that, it can be either Dimension or Dimensions.

I believe you are wrong; show me where in a proper source that it is dimensions not dimension.
