This BBC report commences thus:
'A man aged 20 has been arrested in northern Italy on suspicion of plotting an attack on a synagogue in Milan.287 words but no mention of the man being a Muslim or an Islamist, just in the very last sentence does all become clear'ish as Claudio Galzerano, head of Italy's police anti-terrorism unit, explains that:
The suspect, described as Moroccan-born, was said to have had details of the synagogue and plans for an attack on his computer.'
"If a normal person had done this, I would be worried," he said. "If a jihadist does it, I'm a hundred times more worried."Why was this man plotting to attack a synagogue? Is it anything to do with him being a Muslim and the synagogue being a Jewish place of worship? You can rely on the BBC not to ask such questions...
