This is breathtaking. These officials could not look more guilty: they have clearly been threatened, and are doing this under extreme duress. No reason is given why those particular ballots are not being put into the vaults that night. This is from 2008, but the system has not changed, and quite obviously the Democrats will again use criminal means to secure the state for Clinton in 2016 by ballot stuffing.
