What a Waste, and I do mind

According to the Taxpayers' Alliance "The total net overrun for the 305 (government) projects was over £23 billion above initial estimates. This is the equivalent of over £900 for every household in Britain. The average overrun was 33.7 per cent."

You can read more about the criminal wasting of money by this government here but prepare to be shocked. Whilst reading remember that Gordon Brown was the man who controlled the purse strings whilst all this was going on, he approved the expenditure, both budgetary and actual, he knew about the overspending and he kept the flow of our money running. DO NOT LET Gordon Brown escape his responsibilities.

Thanks to Mr Eugenides for the heads up.

Yes, it is an Ian Dury reference - it's been a while since a nice music related heading came to mind
