Northern Rock update

It seems that the £26bn exposure is going up, the government have now announced that they will guarantee loans beyond personal savers. Treasury exposure is now well over £40bn. Robert Peston is on the Today programme saying the guarantees may come close to being the whole of the Northern Rock book of debts.
