It's the way the BBC tell them

Once again I find myself drawn to the BBC UK Politics home page. What do we see today? Three main stories, as usual the main one above and two less important beneath:

1. "China trade to boom, says Brown
Gordon Brown says the UK's trade relationship with China is "crucial", as he arrives there for a three-day visit."
This article is accompanied by a photo of Gordon Brown looking all dynamic.

2. "Russia actions 'stain reputation'
UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband says Russia's actions against the British Council are a "stain" on her reputation"
This article is accompanied by a photo of Davis Miliband looking of voting age.

3. "Respect agenda 'ditched' - Tories
The government has "given up" on a policy intended to cut youth crime, Tory leader David Cameron claims."
This article is accompanied by a photo of Mr Newlove, the man murdered by a gang on Britain's ever safer Labour streets.

Did you notice that when a Labour minister is reported upon, it is for something that he "says" but David Cameron merely makes "claims".

The BBC - still proud to support Gordon Brown and keep Labour in power.

The BBC lost all credibility when Andrew Gilligan was sacked for his story on the Iraq security dossier.

We all know that his was the most accurate report the public got of the lead up to this holy mess in Iraq.

Blair should be spending the next twenty years in jail.

However, the Tories have nothing to smirk about. Their right wing war mongering would not have saved us.
