Law and Order

The way that Adam Swellings was released on bail when he had pleaded guilty to punching and kicking a man is disgusting. The fact that 10 hours after being bailed he was drunk and drugged up when he and his mates kicked Gary Newlove to death shows just how the forces of law and order in this country have given up their role of protecting the general public. The human rights of one prisoner were allowed to take precedence over public safety. People who kick and beat defenceless members of the public do not deserve bail, they do not deserve our sympathy; to be perfectly honest, I question if they deserve to live. We have a major problem with violent crime in this country and we need to solve it before parts of the UK become war zones.
