US Presidential election quotations

Mr Eugenides is back from his long festive season break and has a nice set of quotations from many of the US Presidential candidates, here's three but do go and see the rest.

Rudy Giuliani: "Freedom is not a concept in which people can do anything they want, be anything they can be. Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do and how you do it."

Hillary Clinton, asked whether she'd support if her hometown Chicago Cubs or her adopted team, the New York Yankees, played each other in the World Series: "Well, I would probably have to alternate sides."

Barack Obama, a few days after a tornado hit a town in Kansas: "In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died — an entire town destroyed." In fact just 12 people died.
