Earlier this evening I saw an article on the BBC website that reported Harriet Harman as saying that the upcoming local elections "were an opportunity to expose the "shallowness" of David Cameron's Conservatives. She said the Tories were "the same old nasty party, although they pretend that they've changed.""

Oddly there is no longer a link to this story on the main BBC politics page.

I did start to write an analysis of Harriet Harman's less than "whiter than white" career but I found Norfolk Blogger had beaten me to it.
