I see that Gordon Brown's next relaunch will this time come with the added benefit of a made to measure Gieves and Hawkes of Savile Row suit. These suits cost approximately £3,500 and I would like to be 100% certain that Gordon Brown has paid for this himself from his own taxed income and not from any allowance or similar - how can this be checked?
I have just realised that Gordon Brown having a made to measure suit means that some poor tailor had to measure him for the suit. So some poor tailor had to measure Gordon Brown's inside leg, surely a candidate for Tony Robinson's next series of "The worst jobs in history".
