The BBC doing their best to protect Gordon Brown from the truth

Newsniffer does it again...

Newssniffer reveals an interesting change in the BBC's reporting of John Cruddas's comments on the Daily Politics show (my emphasis) The 14:21 version reports:
"Labour backbencher Jon Cruddas told BBC Two's Daily Politics the case of Baby P was "beyond politics" adding: "David Cameron was absolutely right to raise it.""
The 15:21 version reports:
"Labour backbencher Jon Cruddas told BBC Two's Daily Politics the case of Baby P was "beyond politics" adding that Mr Brown's answers did "shine a positive light" on his party."
It was not until 16:11 that the report corrected that to:
"Labour backbencher Jon Cruddas told BBC Two's Daily Politics the case of Baby P was "beyond politics" adding that Mr Brown's answers did not "shine a positive light" on his party."

What is it with the BBC and their compulsion to spin everything to Gordon Brown's advantage?
