I have written about the Fort Hood shootings before, here, here, here, here, here and here, and was wondering what was happening to the murdering Major. American Thinker has some updates:

Now comes direct confirmation of this from Hasan's own lawyer.There's more in that article, take a read, but it does all point to an American establishment that seems incapable of confronting radical Islam even in their own armed forces. They line that spoke to me was this one:

And back in April 2010, Senators Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Susan Collins (R-ME) had to subpoena the Obama White House to get information it was withholding for a congressional investigation into the Fort Hood jihad massacre.'
