Government propaganda

It looks as though this Labour government really do believe that they actually are the political wing of the British people and as this is the case why not fund propaganda pieces for television broadcasting. It appears that the Labour government have spent £2 million on television programmes that promote government policies without the programmes making clear that they were funding the making of the programmes.
