Sorry folks, it's all but over.
The Pound has dropped to $1.40 and is only holding at €1.08 because the Euro is also collapsing. Meanwhile Sterling has hit an all time low against the Japanese Yen of 126.94500.
Jim Rogers the chairman of Singapore-based Rogers Holdings, in an interview with Bloomberg Television, said "I would urge you to sell any sterling you might have... It’s finished. I hate to say it, but I would not put any money in the U.K."
Over a month ago I predicted "Sterling is heading for 1.30 against the Dollar and maybe beyond." Now I would say that Sterling is heading for parity against the Dollar...
