The upcoming Pre-Budget Report is too depressing to contemplate at length, coming as it no doubt will with the usual Gordon Brown/Peter Mandelson inspired Labour spin to hide the true state of the UK's finances and no doubt an attack on those evil bankers - the fall guys who allow Gordon Brown to try and evade his responsibility for the Country's finances. So ignore the PBR and look at ladies breasts - you know it makes sense...
