What do you mean the Earth has been warmer before?

Graph of CO2 (Green graph), temperature (Blue graph), and dust concentration (Red graph) measured from the Vostok, Antarctica ice core as reported by Petit et al., 1999. Higher dust levels are believed to be caused by cold, dry periods.

You will note the regular warming and cooling cycles and the linked CO2 levels. You will also notice that the temperature has been warmer than now before and the CO2 levels higher. You will also note that in the previous cases that just as the CO2 levels and temperature peak, they both fall fast.

Some questions, how did temperatures and CO2 rise so high previously without the assistance of man's emissions? Can I be alone in spotting a regular 100-130,000 year cycle? Is the Man Made Climate Change panic really about wealth distribution rather than Climate?
