Israel strike oil

Ynet report that: '1.5 billion barrels of oil discovered near Rosh Ha'Ayin' I assume that the neighbouring Arab countries will lay claim to that oil any day now... A large proportion of the oil will not be recoverable but for a country like Israel this oil will be a godsend. Don't forget that when Israel gave the Sinai peninsular back to Egypt in return for 'peace' they gave back large oil reserves.
