Complaints lodged re BBC radio and web coverage of one rabbi's comments (further update)

Further to this piece some six weeks after my first complaint and two after my chasing complaint I have received this:
'Dear aundience member.

Thanks for your e-mail regarding bias on BBC online.

We understand that you are unhappy as you have not received a reply regarding your previous complaint on the same subject from 30/08/10.

We forwarded your e-mail to the relevant department at that time, and have done the same regarding this one. We apologise for the delay and hope that you receive an adequate response.

Thanks again for contacting us.

Kind regards,

Mark Roberts'
What is interesting is that this BBC department acknowledge that they 'forwarded your e-mail to the relevant department at that time, and have done the same regarding this one. We apologise for the delay and hope that you receive an adequate response.' So BBC web news have had my complaint for a while now but have not responded, neither have 5Live. Will I ever get a proper reply?

By the way 'aundience', do the BBC not have access to a spellchecker?
