Rhetorical question? It would be quicker to list what is right with this country.
Crime and punishment long since parted company. Responsibility is a dirty word whilst the breakdown in families and shocking parenting play their part in creating such thugs - they lack boundaries, conscience, and fear.
The main parties have never had the political will to tackle crime - and to reform the politicised police and the liberal CPS.
