Stripping as a means of protest

Students at the University of Guelph stripping to their underwear in order to protest ay the Canadian Conservative government’s climate change policies. Specifically the students were objecting to Conservative Senators killing Bill C-311, an NDP sponsored bill that would have set firm targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 80 per cent below 1990 levels by 2050.

Meanwhile in Berlin...
The Local reports that:
'A group of young Berliners who call themselves “Hedonist International” has begun turning up at apartment viewings to throw nude parties in protest of rising rents as the city becomes more gentrified.

Clothes off, cartoon masks and music on. The 10 or so young Berliners get naked in seconds, dancing around at a flat viewing in an unusual form of protest at quickly rising rent rates in their city.

Bopping around in the buff in the living room of this apartment in the formerly communist East Berlin district of Friedrichshain, the demonstrators quickly drew the ire of the estate agent conducting the viewing.

"Get out! I'm calling the police," he screamed, trying in vain to grab one of the naked dancers as techno music boomed.'

If the left do have to protest at least stripping is better than just shouting "Out, out out"...

Mind you the Berlin protesters were upset that flat of 678 square feet 'completely renovated with cherry-wood flooring throughout, high ceilings, and a top-of-the-line, kitchen' according to the agent's blurb was renting for €726.08 per month, heating included - sounds a bargain by London standards...
