Is this the worst 'intelligent' support tool in existence?

Intuit's 'Chat with Tina (Interactive Agent) seems incapable of answering simple questions. How many times will it respond to a simple question with 'I'm sorry. I did not understand that. Could you please ask your question again using different terms?'

Is there a worse support tool elsewhere on the web?
