The 50% of teenagers in higher education target

Finally this Labour government have realised that the 50% target is not the holy grail that they have previously claimed. This week John Denham, the relevant Minister, said that higher education should not be sold as the only option for their future. Maybe this government after 11 years has realised that political dogma should be replaced by realism.
