Another trangression tax

Another way has been found to fill the local government coffers, this time it is fining motorists for leaving their engines on when in a traffic jam. The fact that switching off an engine and then switching it back on again after a minute actually uses more fuel. Our national and local governments are not interested in facts, they just want our money and transgression taxes are easier to raise than direct or other indirect taxation.
