A bad day on the markets

The worst performing share in the FTSE yesterday was ICAP who describe themselves as providing a

"Specialist intermediary broker service to commercial banks, investment banks and other liquidity providers in the wholesale financial markets."

I think I can see why their shares might have ended down 23.58% yesterday.
