That's Dutch MP Harry van Bommel chanting "Intifada!" whilst in the background you can hear the chant: "Hamas, Hamas, Joden aan het gas!" - "Hamas, Hamas, all the Jews to the gas"

Once again the conflation of Israel's "crimes" with all "Jews" is most apparent. But associating all Muslims with the 9/11 or 7/7 bombers is forbidden, most odd.
