Climate change update

TAke a read of The Washington Times who report that:
"The fight over global warming science is about to cross the Atlantic with a U.S. researcher poised to sue NASA, demanding release of the same kind of climate data that has landed a leading British center in hot water over charges it skewed its data.

Chris Horner, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said NASA has refused for two years to provide information under the Freedom of Information Act that would show how the agency has shaped its climate data and would explain why the agency has repeatedly had to correct its data going as far back as the 1930s. "
It looks as though the "sceptics" may be about to get the statistical upper hand over the "warmists" but the power will stay where it is, "Climate Change" is too good a weapon to further the left's agenda to be allowed to wither.

Counting Cats has done the unthinkable, he has read the proposed Copenhagen Treaty. Now you remember how the EU made the Lisbon Treaty all but unreadable because people had read and understood the EU Constitution, well it looks as though the "warmists" may wish they had done the same. Counting Cats has uncovered the following clauses that seem to be getting no publicity in the MSM: Annex 1, Paragraph 33:

"By 2020 the scale of financial flows to support adaptation in developing countries must be [at least USD 67 billion] [in the range of USD 70-140 billion] per year."

EVERY YEAR?!

Annex 1, Section C, paragraph 41:

"[Financial resources of the Convention Adaptation Fund"] [may] [shall] include: (a) [Assessed contributions [of at least 0.7% of the annual GDP of developed country parties]"

0.7% of GDP, every year, turned over to the UN. I wonder how wisely that money will be spent? Maybe the leading nations of the Human Rights Council will get to spend some of it...

World governance is the aim, green taxes the method and Man Made Climate Change the excuse. Don't say you haven't been warned.
