How long before the next war against Israel?

It would appear that Hezbollah are readying their next attack and making sure that civilians are killed by any Israeli retaliations:

Yes whenever the next war against Israel starts, Hezbollah, Hamas and the rest of the forces lined up against Israel have their stories of civilian deaths ready and they know that the world's media will just lap it up. I can just hear a BBC interviewer tearing into Ron Prosser for Israel fighting back; why doesn't Israel just give up?
