Another unusual Citroen

I have a thing for Citroens especially the SM, so following the Presidentielle of last week's posting, here's the targa topped Citroes SM Espace... Just two prototypes were made in 1971 and 1972 and here are some pictures







What a car, what a unique mechanism -
'From a rigid center the left and right side of the roof can be electrically and progressively opened.
Seven sections on each side, finished in anodized aluminum, can be retracted into the center section.
In combination the 4 side windows can be electrically lowered to get an open air feeling.'


I wonder if one can see the one owned by Heuliez and where the other 'in private hands' is, I would love to see one in the flesh.
