14 Palestinians shot dead and yet not a word on the BBC

It's most peculiar, I read that 14 Palestinians have shot dead in a refugee camp but I cannot see any coverage of this on the BBC. It's most odd as when Israel shot at Syrians trying to cross the border, the BBC covered the story on the web, radio and television, so why no coverage of this incident?

Stop the presses, I have the answer. In this case it was Syrian soldiers that killed 14 Palestinians so this is just not newsworthy for the BBC. Israelis shooting at Muslims is news, Muslims killing other Muslims is just not interesting.

What I did find interesting is this line from the Ha'aretz report that links the two incidents:
'The mourners accused the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) of endangering their lives during Sunday's protest on Israel's border, by encouraging them to put themselves in the line of fire. '
There are some fascinating things happening in the Middle East but most of the time the BBC is only interested in reporting that is slanted to show Israel in as bad a light as possible and anyone opposed to Israel in as good a light as possible.

ADDENDUM:
I note that The Guardian are reporting that:
'One demonstrator who was wounded that day told the Guardian the Lebanese militia Hezbollah had given him $50 to turn up at the border and $900 to have his gunshot wounds treated by physicians. He said he had been planning to return to Maroun al-Ras yesterday until the rally was cancelled.'
I await the BBC's reporting of this story as well...
