Is there a word for the emotion you feel when having let someone out from a side road so they are in front of you, they get through the next set of lights whilst you do not and so fall even further behind schedule?

Not sure about the right word for it. The emotion is similar to that you feel when you allow a politican to speak ( BECAUSE YOU BELIEVE IN FREE SPEECH) and that politician abuses that right by attacking your right to have a say on things like the EU.
