Dear sir/madam

Could you please assist me. I was in the process of contacting Helen Boaden re this matter but now find that she has been asked to "step aside" following the Newsnight debacle. Who should I write to in her absence?

Kind regards

Maybe you could show some patience in getting your meaningless-in-the-grand-scheme-of-things complaint responded to, given the BBC have more pressing matters to attend to than worry about a backlog of pointless emails from you. I'd rather not have my licence fee wasted on the time and resources used to read, research and ultimately - and correctly - tell you that you're wrong.

Do you work for the BBC complaints department? You sound like you might.

Slight problem with your comment, I am right not wrong in my complaint.

Bye

I certainly support your complaint. I think the BBC uses a "wear them down" process of referrals, in the hope that you give up. This may have worked when one had to type and post a letter, but certainly doesn't in these days of e-mail. Just shows how out of touch they are.

Perhaps you should write to a lawyer, Boaden has.
