"Justified Intrusion"

I half caught a story on the BBC radio news this morning about a health nazi proposal to allow "justified intrusion" into smokers' homes if there is a belief that children might be at risk from their parents' smoking. Please do not say "quite right too", it is smokers now, then it will be parents who feed their children too much fat and/or sugar, then parents that allow their children to watch more than 2 hours of television a day, then parents who allow their children to watch television after the watershed, then anyone smoking if they live in a property with a party wall (a flat, terraced house, semi-detached house), then anyone smoking within 10 foot 3 metres of another property and so on and so on and so on.

"First they came for the smokers
and I did not speak out
because I was not a smoker
Then they came for the drinkers
and I did not speak out
because I was not a drinker
Then they came for the obese
and I did not speak out
because I was not obese
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me"
