Robert Peston - The letters of complaint flood in

Now fellow blogger Barnacle Bill has sent a letter to his local MP, Yvette Cooper:
"Dear Yvette Cooper,
As you are a member of the Treasury team I am sure you have been alarmed at the recent falls in share prices of UK banks, often caused by speculative reporting on the news, mainly the BBC.
In particular by Robert Peston, the BBC's business editor, who appears to be receiving privileged, market sensitive information from somewhere.
Some of his recent reporting would appear to be in breach of section 118, sections 348-9 & 397-8 of the Financial Services and Markets act 2000.
An act of Parliament passed under the auspices of the then Chancellor, Gordon Brown, to control and regulate market sensitive information.
Therefore I would like to know what course of action you propose to take upon this matter?
Yours sincerely,"
I know nothing will come of this but it's fun to have a "pop" at our Labour lords and masters...
