The BBC recognise, in a small way, that people do think they are biased

Right at the bottom of the BBC's Points of View page is this:

"There are a wide variety of non BBC message boards, blogs and forums which discuss the BBC including Digital Spy, the Guardian's blogs, the Daily Telegraph's blogs and Biased BBC."

It's a sop and one that hardly anyone will see but maybe we are getting to them.
