Whitewash at the BBC?

The BBC Trust have investigated complaints against their Middle East Editor, Jeremy Bowen, and whilst they have as usual not upheld most of the complaints they have actually upheld some including one of "the article breached the impartiality guidelines."

For myself there is no smoking gun and Jeremy Bowen will probably not have to resign or lose his role as Middle East Editor BUT it does raise the question once again of when will the BBC publish the Balen Report.
