Even a dead cat bounces (update)

On Thursday I reported that the Nationwide had said that property prices increased by 0.9% compared with the previous month in March and said that even dead cats bounce. Yesterday I read that: "UK house prices fell by 1.9% in March compared with the previous month, according to the Halifax.".

So now we know that only a proportion of dead cats bounce.
