Inciting violence and inter-community hatred

Geert Wilders was, and by some still is, accused of inciting violence and creating inter-community hatred. To me it looks as though the hatred is there but it's on the other side...
"We'll have his head"
"the punishment... is capital punishment"
"warn him"
"Islam will dominate... so no matter where he runs, Islam will be implemented..."
"Islam will come and will conquer the UK, Islam will conquer Holland, it will conquer Rome, it will conquer the world."
"Islam will conquer the house of every person..."
"We will see Israel destroyed"

"Islam will dominate the world"
"Sharia for the Netherlands"
"Sharia will dominate the world"


The TV reporter is from the Iranian funded Press TV station and were the comments by the last interviewee about "two minutes" a threat?


Will the Metropolitan Police take any action against what may be incitements to violence? Somehow I doubt it.
