Gordon Brown - crap at Maths or History? (update)

From the following video it would seem that the answer to the question I posed yesterday is Maths as at 1:52 he acknowledges the importance of 1989.


So the former Chancellor of the Exchequer and current Prime Minister is a mathematical incompetent, reassuring isn't it?
