This week's winners are the the people of France who in a survey reported that they considered Parisians to be "way too arrogant, aggressive, flirtatious, stressed, chauvinistic, snobbish, and self-regarding than other French people."
Parisians are arrogant - "No shit, Sherlocks" or "Non merde, Sherlocks"
