BBC and the World Cup

The BBC, I think it is fair to say, are 'going big' on the World Cup. That being the case why does their incredible Fixtures & Results page only show 2 group stage matches for Brazil, Honduras, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Portugal & Spain? Budget not big enough?
