'Israel apologises for spoof video mocking Gaza flotilla'

The BBC claim in a headline that 'Israel apologises for spoof video mocking Gaza flotilla' but if you read the article you will find out that there has been no such apology, not than one was needed. The 'apology' concerns the Israeli satirical video that I and others blogged about last week. The BBC quote Mark Regev thus:
'Mark Regev, spokesman for the Israeli Prime Minister's office, told the UK's Guardian newspaper: "I called my kids in to watch it because I thought it was funny. It is what Israelis feel. But the government has nothing to do with it." '
Where's the apology? Why should one be necessary? Should Hamas be asked to apologise for its leaders calling for the death of every Jew inside, not to mention outside, of Israel?

Here's the video again...

All together now:

"We'll teach the world
(We'll teach the world
To abandon REA-son
We'll make them think the Hamas is Momma Teresa
We are simple travellers
With guns and our own knives
THE TRUTH WILL NEVER GET TO YOUR TV!

We con the world
We con the pee-pul
We make the world think the IDF is Jack the Ripper
We are simple travellers
With guns and our own knives
THE TRUTH WILL NEVER GET TO YOUR TV!"
