The Telegraph has a fine article partly by Andrew Gilligan, headlined 'The mystery of Lord Mandelson's finances'. I urge you to read the whole piece, maybe take a printout and carry it with you at all times, especially if near Hatchards in Piccadilly on 15th July...

I read it. Gilligan is an excellent journalist. Are the police investigating ? What about HMRC ? Mandelson is clearly taking bribes, but is he declaring them for tax purposes ?
