An odd moment at PMQs

An odd moment at PMQs yesterday, Vince Cable was starting his second question when he said "Both of us are happily married men". Not a controvesial statement I am sure so why did the chamber burst into laughter? Not that you could tell from Hansard's report. You can watch the video from here.
