The Brighton Bombing remembered
Not via the vile decision to invite the Brighton bomber Patrick Magee to a a ' forgiveness' event in the House of Commons today, but via the words and pictures of Lord Tebbit and his wife. Read the story ion today's Daily Mail and decide whether you think Patrick Magee deserved to be released from prison ridiculously early. Don't forget that Patrick Magee was sentenced to eight life terms (in 1986) with the recommendation that he serve at least 35 years; he was freed by this weak and terrorist appeasing government in 1999 under the terms of the Good Friday Agreement. Patrick Magee should have served his full jail sentence and his bosses and handlers in SinnFein/IRA should not be sitting in the Northern Ireland Assembly, the House of Commons or local government, instead they should be in prison alongside him.
