Robert Peston's piece entitled 'National Insurance: Who's got it right?' starts 'Welcome to Reality Check. Today I'm examining the political argument over National Insurance.' but unsurprisingly it editorialises in an unsurprising way:

'There is, however, one important counter-argument, about the nature of the good society.'
